Growing up in a family owned home renovations business, he was drawn to interior designs and fascinated with the unique homes he saw.

It was only natural to take the knowledge and experience he gained over the years and become an agent joining a prestigious community focused Team.

With a degree in Psychology and experience as a Consultant in the Social Services industry, Karl is able to effectively guide buyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. He believes that realtors should be held to a high standard and is determined to complete every transaction with the utmost integrity through exceptional service. Karl is also very active in the community. He speaks at various churches across the GTA and internationally. He also runs programs for at risk youth in Toronto, as he is dedicated to helping young people reach their true potential.
